House rules

Dear visitors, welcome to the Cikat Camp.

We are glad that you have picked our camp for your vacation. We will do our best to ensure you a pleasant and successful vacation.

The camp staff is there to give you information and help. We will gladly inform you about the sports and cultural events on our island and the numerous excursions so that you could learn about the beauties of our archipelago and recommend us to your friends.

Our management kindly requests that visitors adhere to the following house rules:

Registration - Check-in

The camp will accept only those visitors who produce a valid ID at the check-in. If you possess a card which ensures you the right to a special discount (ADAC SPAR CARD), it must be valid and you must report it at the reception when you arrive. Keep the assigned number (plate) in a safe and visible place.

Choosing a Camping Pitch

Visitors are allowed to choose a pitch freely except in the case of marked pitches by the sea. If you wish to settle in such a pitch, you must obtain a permit at the reception. Please use your space rationally taking into consideration the space of your neighbors.

Installations

Only an authorized camp employee is allowed to execute connecting or disconnecting of units to or from the power box or check if it functions properly. The rented coolers must be kept clean and locked. Please keep the key in a safe place. Keep in mind that the coolers are to be used only for cooling, not freezing your groceries.

Night Rest

The night rest lasts from midnight till 7 AM. Do not disturb your neighbors playing loud music or making noise during your stay at our camp. The tents and foretents may be set up from 8AM till 10PM. The visitors who arrive after 11PM are allowed to park at the parking lot or the camping pitches closest to the reception after they register.

Camp Traffic

The maximum speed allowed is 10 km/h. Pedestrians have priority over vehicles.

Cleanliness

Please keep the space you are using clean. Collect the garbage in plastic bags and dispose of them in garbage cans available close to your camping pitch. Leave the sanitary areas just as you would like to find them. Take care of the waste waters. Keep the pine trees safe, do not damage them with hard objects (nails, rocks...). After you leave your camping pitch, make sure you leave it clean for the next visitor.

Dog Owners

Dogs must be kept on a leash both in or outside your camping pitch. Remember to pick up after your dog. Dogs may be washed only at specially designated areas (not in the sanitary facilities or bathing areas).

Car & Boat Washing

Car and boat washing is not allowed on camp premises. There is a car wash service only 1 km away from the camp.

Boats

Boat owners must report their vessels to the Port Authorities. Smaller rubber boats can be launched into the sea at a designated area within the camp. Bigger boats can be launched into the sea in the marina. Do not tie your boat to the cordon marking the swimming area or your own buoeys, but only to a rented buoy outside the swimming area. It is not allowed to enter the swimming zone with a boat.

Open Fire

Open fire is strictly forbidden.
Barbecueing is only allowed on gas or electrical grill.

Valuables

For a small surcharge, you can deposit your valuables (money, jewelry...) at the reception. The camp management will take no responsibility for potential missing or damaged possessions or in the case of accidents which happen due to personal negligence.

Check-out

The bills are charged on the day of departure or a day prior to departure when the number (plate) must be returned. Check-out time is 1 PM (noon for marked pitches by the sea). If you leave the camp after the specified check-out time, we will be forced to charge you the price of one more day at the camp. Respect the working hours of the cash desk posted at the camp reception. We will deny our services to those visitors who do not adhere to our house rules or who disturb other visitors with their behavior. The cancellation deadline is 24 hours.
