Program summary:

KRIYAS

Kriyas are body cleansing and de-toxing techniques. They eliminate blockages caused by stress, trauma or suppressed emotions. Kriyas are important practices in yogic tradition that cleanse the body from accumulated toxins and remove negative thinking patterns from the mind, allowing for continuous and smooth circulation of prana (vital energy) throughout the body. Their task is to support the natural body cleansing processes and help in elimination of mucus and additional body wastes.

PRANAYAMA

Breathing exercises or pranayama help with maintaining good health. The current fast pace of living contributes to ignoring healthy breathing patterns i.e. shallow breathing. When only one section of the lungs is used in breathing, it results in inadequate amounts of oxygen which can lead to additional complications. Coronary diseases, sleep disorder and fatigue are just some of the indicators of lack of oxygen. For this reason, we become agitated and exposed to negative energy. Insufficient amounts of oxygen also lead to the lack of prana (vital energy) within the body. Practicing deep and continuous breathing through pranayama techniques allows us to raise the energy of our body.

HATHA YOGA

Hatha yoga is the most traditional yoga approach. This style emphasizes a correct body posture  (asana), harmonized breathing, flexibility and endurance. Hatha yoga is designed for all levels, from absolute beginners to advanced practitioners, because it allows a short break between every asana. It is ideal for both beginners and seniors. The Hatha yoga class start with breathing exercises followed by warm-ups, standing, seated and lying yoga positions. The class ends with guided deep relaxation and lasts for 90 minutes.

MEDITATION

Meditation is the most effective way of coming back to the Self. It is a mental practice that helps us achieve peace of mind. It is performed in a comfortable seated position, and lasts for about twenty minutes.

SELF-MASSAGE WORKSHOPS

The self-massage technique encompasses acupressure, reflexology, deep pressure and comfortable stretching of all body muscles. Other than relaxation, it helps with joint mobility, contributes to good posture, breathing, flexibility, digestion and circulation. It contributes to muscle pliancy and reduces both emotional and nervous tension, which further results in deep inner peace during and after the workshop. Through these self-massage techniques, we get to know our body better, resulting in overall improved understanding of body structure which is especially helpful when giving massage to someone else.

5 TIBETAN

The Five Tibetan exercises for the spine, youthfulness and weight-loss activate all of our seven energy centers. When our energy centers are not balanced, we feel continuously energetically depleted, resulting in illnesses, premature aging, issues with the endocrine system and a sluggish metabolism. Practicing The Five Tibetan Rites allows our body to revive youthfulness and continue the self-healing process.

ASHTANGA YOGA

This is one of the most intense and demanding yoga styles that is especially suitable for the younger population because of its dynamic pace and challenging asanas. Every Ashtanga yoga class coordinates breathing with a series of advanced poses in Ashtanga Primary Series that are always completed in a set order. During the practice, intense warming up and sweating builds up our strength, flexibility and endurance. The final results are a strong, firm and light body, an improved circulation and a peaceful mind.

VINYASA FLOW YOGA

Vinyasa Flow yoga is a modern style of yoga, specifically tailored to the contemporary lifestyle. What differentiates it from the traditional Ashtanga yoga practice is that the poses (asanas) are not completed in a set order as well as the tempo itself: slower (Slow Flow) or more dynamic (Power Vinyasa). Every class focuses on different body parts: hip openers, balancing postures, forward bends, or backward bends. The term „vinyasa” generally refers to the sequencing of breath and movement as well as to the flow in which poses (asanas) are done. It is suitable for all levels and the duration of the class is 75 minutes.

YIN YOGA

The Yin yoga class emphasizes holding poses (asanas) for five minutes or longer. After getting into  a certain posture and staying there for a while, the focus becomes breathing. Through poses, lower body parts are activated- hips, pelvis, inner thighs and the lumbar spine. Yin yoga poses also stimulate activation of connective and deep tissues. Yin Yoga practice increases both circulation and joint flexibility, stimulates better flow of energy, contributes to overall organ health, improves the immune system and helps develop emotional stability. It is a meditative practice that cultivates inner silence. In addition, long pose holds contribute to developing patience.

SOUND HEALING- SOUND THERAPY WITH CRYSTAL SINGING BOWLS

The sound emitted by crystal singing bowls is considered to be the purest sound in the world. Crystal singing bowls are made with semi-precious crystal- clear quartz. They are available in various sizes and adjusted according to tone charts. Simultaneous playing of two or more crystal singing bowls creates long lasting vibrations with wonderful sounds. Sound therapy increases our frequency and stimulates positive regeneration of our internal organs, tissues, and cells as well as positive changes of our circulatory, endocrine and metabolic system. For that reason, crystal singing bowls hold an important place in complementary and holistic therapies.

REIKI – ENERGY TREATMENTS

Reiki is a healing cosmic energy and holistic system of healing. During the treatment, the therapist places hands on the client to transfer this beneficial energy on the client’s electromagnetic field. Some of the numerous benefits of Reiki treatments are: reduced tension and stress, overall psychophysical relaxation, increased self-healing abilities, pain reduction, stronger immunity, better physiological processes in the body, regulated blood pressure, and faster recovery after surgical procedures. The duration of one treatment is twenty minutes.

AYURVEDIC CONSULTATIONS

Whether health issues already exist or advice is asked as a preventive measure, ayurvedic consultation offers many insights about the condition of our body. Through detailed analysis based on ayurvedic parameters, the therapist determines where the weaknesses are and provides detailed advice on how to prevent further issues. In Ayurveda, the focus is not solely on the issue itself but rather on the overall condition of the body/organism, or in other words, it is a holistic healing approach.

DETOX PROGRAMS

Our intensive ayurvedic detoxification program, panchakarma, is designed to improve health and stimulate effective weight-loss. It is done in a specific way to support deep tissue toxin elimination. The program encompasses yoga practice, breathing techniques and relaxations, ayurvedic and nutrition workshops, conscious nature walk, ayurvedic therapeutic massages, and ayurvedic detox program.

REBIRTHING WORKSHOPS

Rebirthing is a breathing technique that results in relieving known and unknown blocked stress, trauma and any unpleasant experiences that has had a negative effect on us in the past. It is highly efficient in freeing us from an emotional imprint. This technique allows for a deep inner exploration in addition to better physical and psychological state of being.

YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Nidra is a powerful technique through which one can achieve the state of deep relaxation. It effectively removes tension and stress from our consciousness in addition to eliminating emotional blocks that are deeply seated in our subconscious mind. It is done in a lying position while consciously relaxing the body.

REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology is a massage that involves the application of pressure to the specific points on the feet to produce better health of the inner organs and the rest of the body. It improves overall health and well-being. In addition, it relaxes, stimulates better circulation and contributes to a better energy balance. It is done on a massage table with treatments typically lasting between 20 and 30 minutes.
